Welcome to the Orchard Studio! We are excited to have you and will try to answer as many questions as possible.
Do hair dressers and make-up artist count as part of your group?
Yes. If you bring additional staff including hair dressers, make-up artists or additional photographers they count as a part of your group.
Are restrooms available?
Yes, restrooms are located in the main house for you and your clients. Please just knock on the door and we will show you where to find them. We do ask that you wear your mask while in the house during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Is it free to come early and set up?
We do not offer free set up time. We ask that you schedule enough time to prepare yourself, as showing up early or staying late to clean may impede on the time of another photographer.
To ensure you have all the time you need, it's best to book enough time for set up and for clean up.
Do we have lights you could use?
Yes. We do have two lights available with connections for Nikon. You are more than welcome to use ours or feel free to bring your own. We also have several colors of gels for you to use.
What type of payments does the Orchard accept?
We accept Cash App, Cash, Paypal, payment is expected immediately after your session.
Cancellation policy: Please cancel your booking at lease 24 hours in advance so another photographer can book that time.
Can you bring large props such as vehicles and pets?
Yes you may. The outdoor property is large enough to accompany large props including cars and motorcycles. The indoor studio is large enough for a motorcycle. Please let us know in advance so we can make room for your prop.
Yes, pets are allowed, but we ask that you please clean up after them if they use the restroom.
How far in advance may you schedule a time?
You may schedule a time and date 3 months in advance. We do ask that if you are looking to schedule in less than 24 hours, to direct messages us on either social media platforms.
